Catering StaffI am getting married in the summer and, as my husband to be and I are both really into food, the catering at the event is of paramount importance to us. We have already picked the company that we want to cater the wedding and we have been in touch with the
Catering Staff every day over the last week to discuss the details of the menu. I said that we should definitely have a sit down dinner for our guests and the
Catering Staff said that would be no problem at all for them. I also thought we should have an Italian theme as we both love Italy and everything it has to offer in terms of food. However, because we have such high standards, we have been really keen to stress to the
Catering Staff that the food really has to be of the highest quality. Luckily, they have come up with a menu that looks amazing. We are going to begin with homemade pumpkin filled ravioli and broad been and pecorino bruschetta. I think this will be a really delicious beginning to our wedding breakfast and we are going to taste the items this week to make sure the food is as delicious as it sounds. We still have to choose the items for the other courses but I think we should not have too much trouble overall.
